Return Policy
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive the wrong items or your jewellery arrives defective, please email info@juneajewellery.com within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
At Junéa, we want you to love your jewellery, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the signature Junéa pouch within 14 days of delivery.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days by emailing info@juneajewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
- Ship your return using a carrier of your choice and email us the tracking number.
Returns are at your own expense. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. We suggest using tracked shipping services so we know the whereabouts of your return.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
If you took advantage of our 2+1 free offer but are not returning the full order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. The value of the free item will be proportionally deducted from the refunded amount based on the items kept.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please reach out to us at info@juneajewellery.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
